We traveled down from scotland to this site based on other people’s reviews and can’t complain about anything so far, the staff are lovely and welsh bread is just superb.

The site is family friendly and very clean we have not seen all the site yet as we are currently sitting in the very friendly tree tops bar which is a great family friendly bar on site with the perfect drinking glasses for my wife’s vodka, (a gin goblet) overall a great clean family oriented site that we are looking to book again.

This was our first time to this site, as we wanted to test the water seeing how our 3yr old got on with camping. We absolutely loved this site and will definitely be coming back here soon. All the staff were friendly in all the shops. The mini mart had everything you needed (especially bbq meats) which are produced on site. The playground is amazing and suitable for all aged kids. And to top it off the treetop pub/club is perfect. Friendly staff thst make you feel at home and go the extra mile to make the kids happy. Decent entertainment ranging from karaoke to bingo. I would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of going. We will be planning our next trip here very soon. Thank you for the hospitality �

Thank fully we got lucky and managed to pick up a cancellation for this bank holiday weekend. Our teenage girls love it on the site and so do we . Very clean , toilets and showers are always clean and stocked . The treetops bar is run by friendly happy people .. we are back in a few weeks , I hope the weather will be as good then too

Such a fabulous place! My first camping experience and Plassey made it a great one. We had bought a trailer tent and wanted to test it out before we ventured too far! Plassey is amazing! It has fab, clean facilities which are fantastic for everyone. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend it here! We will most certainly be back! Thank you all.

Top tips: make sure you have rock pegs, make sure everyone has shoes for outdoor Lounging as it’s gravel, bring headtorch or potty as toilets a walk away, go to the pool by 10am with kids and try the cakes at Roses cake shop as they are a delight and so cheap!

Stayed here last year in our Touring Caravan..!! Fantastic site, beautiful nature walk, and although we don't play golf, there's a GREAT course and clubhouse....!!! My fiancée and her sister took the kids swimming, so ' unfortunately ' , I was sent to the Clubhouse Bar to sample the delicious Malt Whiskies..!! Lol..

Sitting here on the last day of our 2 week holiday absolutely gutted to be going back to Sunny Scotland.

This site just keeps getting better and better.

Facilities always spotless. Pool always clean and at right temperature.

Something to suit every budget for food from the shop to the various restaurants on site.

Brilliant for my 5yr old son.

Never a hint of trouble and that is very reassuring.

Will definitely be back

Sat in Treetops bar as I'm typing this. Brilliant site. Our first time here as we couldn't get in last year. It was full each time we tried to book. Staff very friendly and helpful. Toilets/showers spotless. Treetop bar great atmosphere and entertainment. Wasn't expecting the swimming pool to be as good as what it is. Will definatly be coming back.



The only downside was the weather

Our first time at the plassey to test drive our new second hand tent and we were pleasantly surprised. Only downside was trying to hammer rock pegs into hard standing-we will bring a proper hammer next time and there will be a next time. Very clean amenities and very helpful staff. Couldn't fault any of it thanks for a lovely two night stay

Just returned home from a 3 night break on a deluxe touring pitch. Only wished we could have stayed longer. The site is immaculate, the staff were all friendly and helpful. Sampled meals in the coffee shop, golf clubhouse and The Shippon, all were lovely and great value for money. We looked at the new lodges and safari tents with the hot tubs but unfortunately no one seemed to know when they would be available or the prices, if anyone has any information please could you let me know. We will definitely be back to this site just brilliant :-)

Just returned from our very first weekend of camping and first visit to Plassey. We have had the best time, helped by the weather, and I can't fault our stay. The facilities are fabulous; the range of things to do for adults and children is great and it's been lovely sitting in Spring Meadow watching the children make friends and enjoying being outside. Treetops is great (although very warm whilst watching football yesterday!), food options perfect for a weekend away and breakfast at the golf club highly recommended! Safe to say we will be back.

First visit to this site and have to say it's fantastic. Friendly staff, great facilities and a family friendly safe environment for the kids.

The Treetops bar is excellent and cheaper than you'd expect the same can be said for the golf club bar (Not sure what it's called).

The only minor negative is it would be handy to have a shower inside the pool changing rooms!

Planning on booking for August.

First time out with a tourer and could not have chosen better. Staff friendly and helpful, facilities and amenities clean and well kept. Tea room lovely and tree tops welcoming of dogs: our pooch enjoyed the England game there!

Can not explain words how beautifull this wonderfull place is. Staff are so friendly and fun to be around nothing is too much trouble for them. Our pitch had the most stunning views. You really dont have to leave the park for your holiday. The pool is to die for heated perfectly. Bouncy castle for the kids. Plenty of room for them to play. Shops are very nice resturants are outstanding. They even have a blacksmith on site. Everywhere is spotlessly clean plenty of toilets and showers all with hot running water. Waste managment is very easy on site at designated places throughout. Wonderfull greeting checking in and out. Will definately be visiting again as soon as we can. Value for money is excellent. Finally a special thankyou to all the staff at the plassey holiday park especially Hugh and Anastasia.

Brilliant stay yet again lovely clean site, loads to do for the grandchildren, we all enjoyed it so much, one downfall is karaoke is only an hour, it could do with being a bit longer especially weekends

Booked on recommendations seen on Caravanners r us , we had a fabulous weekend, immaculate site , spacious pitches , friendly staff and great facilities, tried the pool and the bar , had long walks around the estate with our dog , in a beautiful setting . Even stayed on longer on the Sunday without extra charge , we loved it and didn’t want to leave !!

Always have a brilliant time here. Staff always lovely and helpful. Facilities always clean. From camping here with my grandparents when I was young, and bringing my son here for camping trips now, to getting my wedding dress from Cameo Brides, The Plassey holds a very special place in my heart! On the whole it's a great site. Would definitely recommend it. Some constructive criticism. Showers could do with an upgrade , with all the ratings Plassey gets I did expect better. Potwashing facilities never had very hot water. From an environmental perspective there were no bins for recycling plastics and cardboard etc which in the world we live in is really important.

The kids loved the site . Pitches were good.We had a lovely meal in the Haybank clubhouse. On the whole very enjoyable.

We will definitely return as my husband didn't get a chance to play golf but we would like to order better weather next time.

I just can't give 5 stars for 2 reasons....

There was no visible recycling, and my heart sank everytime the rubbish runs went past us. This is such an important topic and close to my heart. Surely a site as big as yours should be responsibly thinking of the environment. We took our recycling home with us, unfortunately not all will do the same.

Also I just felt 11pm quiet time was just that hour too late. Most sites we have stayed on its 10pm. With a 3 & a 5 year old who don't particularly stay up late the noise level was just too high and only settled at 11. Sorry I just felt this is too late for some families.

Overall though I have given 4 star for a reason, staff & facilities lovely.

Came a few years ago and it was outstanding not so now! Can't fault cleanliness of toilets but on arriving there was a horrid smell septic tank or cow poo which has not improved the whole week. Luckily we have a fully serviced pitch but electric only are crammed in like sardines. The nice pub grub is now an overpriced celebrity chef bistro. The Sunday farmers crafter market that was here before and was lovely is no more. Building work opposite we did get a call 3 days before coming to tell us. Not much use that late in the day. So builders have woke us up by 7.30 daily and on the days we've wanted to sit in the sun its been noisy and dusty not great and certainly not cheap come on best of Britain suggest you check on your sites!!!!! Won't be back
