"When we relocated to Cardiff in 2003 I was advised by the specialist I worked with in London that there was only one practice in Cardiff where I would be happy and that was The Parade! So, I started bombarding Linda, the practice manager, with calls and joined the team in December 2003. I quickly realised that my colleague in London was right and I have been really happy working with the team at The Parade ever since! It’s a great place to work with an amazing team of staff with great professional and personal values. I am very lucky to have been part of the parade for so long although can’t believe where the years have gone!"
