Some lovely messages we have received in the past week. 😊 🌟 It’s always hard saying goodbye but we know all the children that leave us will do fantastic in school and beyond 🌟🌟

🌟🌟Attention Parents/Carers we will be having a parents evening Thursday 28th November from 5:45-7:30pm. This will be a good chance for you to come along and have a chat with the staff about how your child is getting on and having a look at all their lovely work. We will also have Sarah from Bach a Iach who will be doing a short presentation around 6pm about Healthy Pre-Schools plus a lady from Family Information Service will be attending to discuss the 30 hours offer. 🌟🌟

Next Friday the 15th November we will be having a breakfast morning for Children in Need 2019. We will provide breakfast for the children at Playdays and we will be collecting donations at the door for the charity. Any donations we would kindly appreciate 😊🌟 we also invite the children to dress up should they wish.

Attention Parents/Carers October’s invoices have been sent via email. If you have not received can you please get in touch. Also apologies, Septembers invoice accidentally sent via email. If you have paid September then you can ignore that.
Can I also just remind everyone that Monday is a term holiday so the funded session will not be running on Monday! It will return to normal on Tuesday.

Parents - the deadline for the Christmas Cards is this Thursday as we will be sending order forms on Friday. Please let us know if there is anything you would like to order before then. ☃️

We would just like to remind parents that next week is a term holiday. For the children attending just the foundation phase session this will be closed for a week. For the children accessing the full 30 hours, if you have not applied for next week to be a holiday week then you will be charged for any days that your child attends. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding this, or if you require any extra days as we have to forward plan for staff. Thank you 🌟

We are having a Halloween party next Thursday 31st of October. We will have a Halloween theme throughout the week so that your child can participate in some activities however we will have our party on Halloween day. We invite your child to dress up if they wish 🙂

Attention Parents/Carers - we have decided to have a jersey day tomorrow as it’s a big weekend of Rugby this weekend. If your child has a jersey related to the country they support (it can be football jersey either) they can wear it to nursery tomorrow to support the World Cup. 🏈

Well done to the Playdays staff for attending the Bach a Lach training over the past few weeks 🌟

For anyone that did not receive the email regarding Bach a Lach please have a read below. We are hoping to have Sarah to come and do a talk for parents regarding Healthy Eating at our parents evening next month 😊👍🏼 any questions don’t hesitate to ask!

Playdays is looking for a cook for our nursery 5 mornings a week - 3 hours a day. Duties include cooking a hot meal for the children every morning ready for lunch time (menus are put together in house) along with cleaning duties and adhering to food safety standards. Level 2 in food safety is desired however we can provide this training if required. We have decided to take our over 2 year old children (Bluebells & Sunflowers) to Knighton Church Hall next Friday the 27th September to join in the MacMillan Coffee Morning. We will be setting off around 9:30/9:45 and will be back in time for dinner. We would kindly suggest a donation of £1 per child to donate to the cause for the children to buy some cakes. Anything else anyone would like to donate we will pass on on the day and let everyone know what we have raised. Thank you in advance 😊🌟
