Good luck to my client Gina, who started a 50k hike across the Brecon beacons for Downs Syndrome association this morning. After a trip to AnE last week with a suspected knee ligament tear/potential calf or hamstring tear, she has been resting, icing, and is strapped up to the high heavans, in sheer determination to keep going. Will be here for you at the end Gina! Massive well done!
