A club for anyone who is enthusiastic about running. All ages, all abilities, we'd love to meet you all.
Pont-Y-Pwl & District Runners Description
We meet at 7pm every Tuesday and Thursday at Pontypool Active Living Centre, in the lovely Pontypool Park, and on a Monday at 6. 30pm we host a beginners night (First Steps Group) to introduce people to running. We train over various distances and terrains and encourage everyone to join in team events.
The club participates in the Gwent Leisure Centre Leagues and the Gwent Cross Country League.
