Pontypridd Health Centre

These idiot receptionists do nothing but sitting chatting there while people are trying to get help... Sack them all. Who can you complain to? Really annoyed.

Never answer there phone, I try when they open all the way through to lunch time so get an emergency appointment and never get an answer. Then when I go in there all standing around chatting while the phone is ringing, the receptionists all need to be sacked or trained on customer service. Absolutely appuling behaviour, not fit to be working for the NHS.
