I have been using Pontypridd Osteopathic Clinic on a regular basis for may years now. Sometimes it is just an effective adjustment to treat an injury or a tension-related issue, but I have also had to use the clinic for more chronic issues related to my neck, shoulder, and foot. Angela and colleagues keep very detailed patient notes so are always able to relate any new issues to previous issues, where relevant. More importantly Angela and colleagues are all very warm people who take a genuine interest holistically in the emotional, physiological and lifestyle matters that affect all humans.

I get the impression that this is a close, supportive team, This is reflected in the warmth and genuine concern with which the professional and effective treatments are administered.

I first came to the clinic about 24 years ago, following a fall. Since then, I've seen Angela for treatment after the birth of my son; for back trouble caused by poor posture at my work station; and to counter the effects of stress. Now I'm retired, I book about six monthly for an MOT. I recently also had a sports' massage to help recover from an over enthusiastic party! I wouldn't be without the clinic: the services are friendly, professional and reasonably priced. If you haven't tried osteopathy, you should: and I highly recommend Angela Cavil and her colleagues at the Pontypridd Osteopathic Clinic.

At 38 weeks pregnant I booked an emergency appointment as my back had flared up and I had serious trouble even walking. I had an appointment the very next day, and after some gentle stretches and manipulation the flare up was gone - I could have skipped out of the clinic I was so happy! I didn’t even need a second appointment. Our beautiful little girl was born not too long after. I can’t thank you enough!

Amazing last minute appointment after spending days in agony. Already feeling so much better. Would highly recommend.
