Pontypridd Post Office

The manager, 'yes the manager!' was extremely rude, service was very slow and staff were sarcastic.

Edit 1; second time, different person, older gentleman with white hair, impatient, hardly said anything. Rude when i didn't put on the barcode label myself properly (never done it before), get some new staff or tell the ones there to atleast look and treat customers with respect.
