These are difficult times and much as we would like to be open, we must do what we can to protect our clients and protect the NHS.
... We miss our clients and understand that they will be getting hairier, and being closed will have a huge impact on our small business but the health and safety of humans must come first! Dog grooming is not an essential service and all salons, including home salons and mobile vans have been recommended to close to limit the spread of the virus, though we are aware some are still trying to work it is not worth the risk to have your dog groomed. Frontline workers are putting their lives and their families lives at risk to keep us safe.
Please Stay at home
-Only go outside for food, health reasons or work (if you are a key worker)
-If you go out, stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people at ALL times
-Do not meet others, even friends or family. You can spread the virus even if you don’t have symptoms.
Rest assured that we will be doing all we can once we reopen to get everyones grooms caught up. Please stay home, protect yourself protect your loved ones and protect the NHS.

Unfortunately I can’t create a poll so thought I would do it this way. Just wondering if I offered Teeth Cleaning as a new service when we recover from the lockdown, would anyone be interested in this service? Please comment below so I can get an idea of how many people would be interested. I have attached a photo to give you an idea of why it’s good to use this service

Hope you are all safe and well. I know some of you are keen to have appointments ASAP especially for those longer coated/curly breeds, and financially this idea would currently help me. So...
If you would like to secure a grooming spot for your fur baby in the first week back (whenever that may be) you can do so by paying a £20 deposit per dog. This deposit would then be redeemed on the day of the groom.... I can reserve 13 full groom appointments - and it’ll be first come first served.
NB: I will aim to get round all my clients who want me ASAP once lockdown is lifted. Every dog is important.

To all my Poochie Pampers customers it is with a heavy heart and not an easy decision I have to tell you that we are under government instructions to close all no essential businesses. Unfortunately Poochie Pampers comes under this category.
Please remember to wipe your dogs eyes daily to keep them clean, check your dogs bottom, and remove any debris daily. Brush your dogs coat as often as you possible can to prevent matting.
... Please everyone I urge you to follow the government guidelines on lockdown, and social distancing while we go through this crisis. Keep well and keep safe so we can all come through this together .

I will be messaging all clients tomorrow that have not seen this to let you know about appointments being cancelled. I will keep in contact with you all for updates. If anyone needs any advice, please feel free to message me or phone me as I’m still willing to help with all my clients as best as I possibly can. I will miss all the dogs in the meantime.

Today we had the lovely Archie the Labrador who came in for his Bath, Dry and Brush Out. He is such a happy boy and wags his tail the whole time he is here.

Yesterday we had the lovely Sapphire the Collie x Labrador who came in for her Bath, Dry and Brush Out. She is Teddy’s sister and is such a sweet girl.

We are know offering a bath, dry, tidy up or brush out. Please be assured we are following the most recent government advise on sanitation, we have been advised the Coronavirus cannot be spread through Pets. Just in case we are unable to offer our services due to a possible future lock down we can keep your Pooches clean & fresh for now

Also yesterday we had the lovely Pooks the Yorkshire Terrier who came in for her Full Groom. She is a good girl but unfortunately she has dry ears so have to be careful with the bits round her eyes.

Yesterday we had the lovely Bella the West Highland Terrier who came in for her a Full Groom. She is such a sweet girl and she will now look all smart for when she goes back home.

‼️ CORONAVIRUS ‼️
During this worrying time I am staying open for business for as long as possible.
I will do everything I can to make sure my salon is as safe as I can for both myself and my clients by disinfecting surfaces and door handles between each groom.
... All I ask from you is that if at all possible, you keep booking and keep coming but if there is any doubt you think you might have the virus or show any symptoms, I understand that you might have to cancel your appointment please contact me so I can rearrange your appointment.
The immediate future is going to be really tough on the self employed so please do whatever you can to keep coming, and I will do whatever I can to keep serving you and your dogs.

Also yesterday we had Snoopy the Jack Russell who came in for her Full Groom. She likes to give cuddles whilst being dried and is such a sweet girly.

Yesterday we had the lovely Teddy the Welsh Collie x Labrador who came in for his Bath, Dry and Brush Out. He is such a sweet boy and was so good.

Today we had the lovely Olive the Bichonpoo who came in for her Full Groom. She likes to give cuddles and kisses whilst being dried and likes to sing the whole time she is in the salon.
