Hi there. Just a bit of background behind Poppins....I came by the idea as when I was working full time as a Coach, Personal Trainer, Business Advisor, HR Consultant etc. etc., I found very little time to fit in necessary chores such as cleaning, the laundry, even walking our 6 dogs which I generally did at 5.30am before heading off to my crazy, busy working life! My days ran from very early in the morning to late in the evening, though I always found time to keep fit and r...un the odd fitness class.
I stepped off the corporate treadmill to help others like me. I wanted a lifestyle change. I love my personal coaching - helping people to achieve, overcome self-limiting beliefs etc., I even love helping businesses achieve increased profits and success, but I wanted something 'different'. Hence Poppins.
I still do the 'business stuff' and still coach people for healthy bodies and healthy minds, but Poppins is here for you - if you don't see a service you need - ask. You never know, we might be able to help you free some valuable time up for yourself.

It's quite sad when you have your final personal training session with a client.....you've witnessed changes in their confidence, body, functionality and weight and all this has been achieved together.
