What a joke!!! These have to be the most unprofessional and unorganised shop I have ever dealt with. When ordering I explained that i needed them by a specific date and I was assured it will 'definitely' be ok. Low and behold the date arrived, Tiler onsite and no tiles. They do home delivery... Great! although they refuse to give you a time frame on the day they will deliver. Does anyone have the means to stay home all day for a tile delivery??? if it is a few hour time window then i can accept that. Tiles arrived over 2 weeks late, no pre courtesy call, i wasn't in so couldn't take the delivery. 28th Jan I placed order and i am still waiting for tiles which were delivered broken. I have been to the Cardiff showroom, promised a call to let me know what is happening and i am still waiting for the call.
