Port Talbot Parkway
Reviews
A good railway station with great access and a lot of potential. However, there are no comforts at all. Such a shame as there is room for some vendors, perhaps local businesses who could provide a hot coffee or morning pastry. Also, due to staff provision and costs, the waiting room doesn't open early morning. At the beginning of every week i freeze while waiting for the 5.18am train. This morning the temp read -2. It's a shame as a paying customer, my comfort is not considered.
First experience of PTP this morning. The station looks good, they need to finish the roads though and the car park looks like an afterthought. I was also directed onto the wrong train, luckily it was going in the right direction so I doubt the station conductor realised what he was doing. Friendly though.
Staff at this station are rude and ignorant people
A brand new building but is not kept very clean there is no cafe but plenty of place for one .would be nice to buy a hot drink while waiting. No benches on platform only a small waiting room .For the cost of this building it could be better. Ticket machine is not always working.
Personally, the train station doesn't give you the feel of a steel towns train station, this is not a correct representation of our established town .flamingoes are lit AF
Desk staff have appalling customer service skills. Definitely worth opting for the machine when purchasing or collecting tickets.
Terrible design, poor building materials
Will need a lot of upkeep
No outside seating
No reflection on the glorious steel town's past
Shameful
Currently upgrading station, futuristic architecture.
