Wow!!! Watched 'The Blackbirds' on Monday evening! What a disturbing but thought provoking controversial play, superbly acted with such emotion and feeling. Absolutely loved the venue and ambience and will definitely revisit.



A special Thank You to the owners who encourage younger producers and directors to flourish, continue to learn and develop. My son George was given this fabulous opportunity.

The sing along night is the best way to end the work week!! So much fun! Great pints and wine and the atmosphere is second to none! :) Will be back!

Such a cool place! Quirky but not cheesy, welcoming, chilled out atmosphere with a real mix of people and fab live music. Can’t wait to come back

Stumbled across this place whilst visiting daughter in Cardiff. What a fab place. Full of Character. Very friendly staff who made us feel very welcome, so we went back in the evening to enjoy Open Mike night. Listened to some very talented performers, especially the stand up comedian. All the acts were introduced by a lovely young lady who made all the acts feel like part of a large family. Well done everyone.

Really enjoyed our first visit last night. Good atmosphere, friendly , efficient bar service . Highlight was the fabulous band CASIO"great repertoire delivered with style, worthy of 5 stars!

One of the best. Something on all the time from live nusic to comedy and all year round beer garden, often with seasonal theme. The Other Room theatre is a hidden gem to see some outstanfing plays in an intimate setting.

Lovely place, amazing atmosphere, great beer garden and a creative theatre

James (moss) behind the bar was more than welcoming and gave a speedy service. Very well versed in his art of conversation. Will be returning :D

It's alright. They do a good quiz though. Probably the best I've been to.

If your in Cardiff I feel it’s a must place to visit. Friendly entertaining quirky and interesting...

I only wish to spend my evenings in the armchairs in their beer garden. Been here multiple times for their 'other room' entertainment and always a great atmosphere.

I came across this bar during a long and heat wave stricken stag do.

It then fell upon me, due to a chance card and not a love of lavatories, to review the toilet.

I can confirm that this place has them and not just one. They have mens, women's and the third gender, wheelchair.

Due to my lack of diversity in terms of gender and ability I can only comment on the mens and they were beyond fine.

They featured stainless steel, a timeless material thanks to its durability, cleanability and timelesness...and an old school swimming bath scent which is how you know they are good.

I attended your musical theatre sing along last night and it was 1 of the best nights out I have had in Cardiff. Having never been to porters I wasn't sure what to expect but it was amazing. The pizzas smell amazing (I will have 1 next time)

What a perfect venue for theatre lovers in our city. My only complaint would be the fact that you don't run the sing along nights every night... Such fun. I can't wait for the next �
