Shocking. Waited ages for staff to finish talking amongst themselves, and a local person who came in much after us. Tried to buy candle holder for nearly £30 but was told there was no box, or discount for this. Explaining it was a gift and therefore no box was an issue we suggested complimentary gift bag (cost £2.49). Suggestion refused! Was offered a ridiculously big, broken brown box ... With some bubble wrap and lots of tissue paper! No thanks, left. And won't be going back.
