The Post Office in Swansea has not been a good experience since it's move from the Kingsway some years ago

Unfortunately, the queues are agonisingly long with overworked staff struggling to cope with their work load

Most of the post office workers are very friendly and patient. Good service!

[Avoid Monday 9am period as it is rush hour, you may need to wait for 20 minutes!]
