Here at Cottage Cakes we hand make and beautifully package our cakes for all occasions. We make our welsh cakes the traditional way but with a twist , we offer flavors from traditional to cherry bakewell and coffee , The traditional welsh Bara Brith is another of our favorites. Bara Brith translates to 'speckled bread' and is a rich fruit loaf made with tea. The spiced fruit loaf is delicious when spread with salted Welsh butter.
