Pound Bakery

This takeaway sandwich/pasty shop isn't as good it used to be. They used to do some interesting fillings in their baguettes like Mexican Chicken and Chicken Tikka but these days they only seem to do boring and predictable fillings like ham salad. Also a lot of things now cost £1.50 rather than a quid so maybe they need to change their name to OnePoundFiftyBakery. The food is ok but not quite as ok as it was in the past.

p.s. The photo currently illustrating PoundBakery is actually a photo of Sayers Cafe which is admittedly owned by the same company and is immediately next door but it isn't a photo of PoundBakery!
