We are putting together an accredited Level 3 Health & Safety Course in our Llanidloes office.
This will be run over 3 days on 19th, 20th, and 23rd March at a cost of £250 per person. The course is accredited by Highfield - a QCA accrediting body.
During inspections and when applying for SSIP accreditations, the question is asked 'What are the H&S qualifications of your management?' This course will address this situation, as well as putting individuals in a stronger positi...on to be able to manage the day to day health and safety requirements of companies.

So, the chocolate & sunshine of the lovely Easter weekend has now come to end and it's back to work. Our next Level 3 Health & Safety course in Llanidloes will take place over three days on 13th, 14th & 17th June.
Many accreditation bodies ask for details of the Health & Safety qualifications of senior management. This ticks those boxes. It is also an ideal qualification for anyone in a supervisory, team leader or managerial role.
The HABC Level 3 Award in Health and Safet...y in the Workplace (QCF) is accredited and recognised internationally, developed to protect customers, staff, brand reputation, and profits.

Defibrillator Training - Llanidloes: well done to all who attended last Saturday (15/09/18) and, of course, to the brilliant volunteers who gave up their time to pass on these vital skills - including our very own Keith, Community Trainer for The Community Heartbeat Trust. Remember, there are pots of funding available to help with purchasing a defibrillator for your company, organisation or community - feel free to get in touch for advice.

We are gathering together interest/provisional bookings for our next 2 routine Contractor Training Events (half day each) to be held in the next few weeks, one in the Welshpool area & one in the Machynlleth area. This training will update Asbestos Awareness (non-accredited) Manual Handling (including practical completion of written assessments in-line with updated HSE guidance) and Working at Height. Wherever we hold this training in the area it always goes down well: "Good content & examples of poor practice", "Good mix of talking, slides, visual, practical."
