Pilates classes led by a physiotherapist

Pilates is a form of exercise which helps improve posture, core stability and can help with the management of back pain. Trained by APPI.

Classes last for one hour and all equipment (including mats) are provided.

Cost £48 for 6 weeks, £36 if your a student and are held in Bangor Aurora.

One to One sessions are available and will take place in your own home. These usually last about 45 - 60 minutes and include a full postural and back assessment. You will be taught the 5 key principles of pilates and some of the key level one exercises. The cost is £25.
