Prem1er Fitness is a private personal training studio located in Cardiff. We offer 1: 1 /2: 1 personal training, fitness classes and sport massage therapy.

At Prem1er Fitness we understand that many people lead a hectic lifestyle, this is the reason we offer flexible opening hours at your request so you can work around your other commitments. With no joining fees, contracts to sign or monthly fees to pay, we operate a "pay as you go"* membership so you only pay when you exercise.

Our private personal training studio is located in Cardiff and provides a fitness experience on a 1: 1 or group session basis. We will give you our undivided attention to inspire, motivate you and most importantly succeed in achieving your goals.
