Premier Inn Bangor

Premier Inn is always reliable. This is a good one too, stayed in the annex which is fairly new and very good. Shame it still has the micro televisions, but free WiFi is great

I normally love premier inns as I get a good night's sleep but Bangor is so hot with a lack of ventilation that the room was way too hot. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work so the room heated up more and the bathroom stayed soaking wet. The attached restaurant served the worst food I've ever had - ever. Do not eat there. Sorry to say my three nights in premier Inn were not good.

Fantastic staff - the reception staff, cleaners, staff in restaurant all extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights. The room was always cleaned well and cleaners very considerate-putting our kids toys away safely etc. Breakfast was lovely with great variety. We will definitely go back......their customer service is the EPITOME of the highest standard......

We were in disabled rooms, bed wasn't good. Price was high like normal rooms. Decor old. Other facilities like kettle,tea and coffee were good. I have stayed in other premier inns, far better than these rooms.

Very clean, spacious family room consisting of a double & 2 singles. very friendly staff and fantastic restaurant on site that tied in with our 2 day booking for breakfast & evening meal. Very happy and will definitely be back... 🙂

Excellent service. Food arrived quickly and was great. No problems whatever.

The premier inn is actually 2 buildings across a car park. Room was a good size and well decorated. It's next to a popular pub with good evening food. Breakfast is also served in the pub and was very nice.

It's was amazing night I did here a little bit of the traffic but I was not really happy about that's because it woke me up in the night a couple of times the room was a decent size and the service was very nice part from language error couple times part from all of that I had a lovely coupled days just would like to say thank you for the stay and lovely breakfast in the morning ;)

Hotel was pleasant and the staff were nice. The problem came at breakfast in the adjoined 'table Table', filthy place. I have stayed in this hotel 3 times now and on each occasion I have found the crockery to be dirty. The first time it happened I thought it was just a one off, second time I thought it was unusual. But today it has taken me five attempts to find a clean, properly washed coffee cup! Can you beleive, the first two had coffee dribbles and lipstick on the rims?!?! How can they not see this?

One word........ DIRTY!!!

By all means, the hotel is good. Just avoid having breakfast with them. Itakes the £9.00 price feel like an insult.
