Premier Inn Barry Island Cardiff Airport

Good location. New hotel, clean rooms. Nice staff. Good food. Recommended for a visit to Cardiff and Barry island.

4 and a half really, lovely staff both in the Brewers Fayre and in the Permier Inn. Great choice for breakfast and great menu for dinner. Air con quite noisy, but worked quickly, my only problem was that the towels were a bit smelly really.

Had a family room here - absolutely massive room, very clean, comfortable beds. Friendly helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

Hot, can't open the windows on any level and the air-conditioning is LOUD 🔊. Not great if you have kids. We didn't have a great night. The attached pub is very good however.

The hotel is very well located and facilitates your needs. The rooms are immaculate and the staff are very helpful, friendly and willing to assist you in any way possible. There is also a restaurant directly opposite which is quite convenient if you are looking for something to eat. However make sure to register your car if you came by car as it may get ticketed if there is no evidence of you staying here.

Parked in disabled space and sat outside to have a drink as we had our dog with us. Saw the notice inside to register my car number if we were using the premises but as we were sitting outside I didn't think it was referring to us. A few days later I received a parking fine of £100 for not registering my car!!!. Sign should state that if you use the picnic area outside cars should registered. Being a pensioner and a disability £60 to me is a lot of money....BEWARE.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Great location. Room was clean and bed was comfy.

Staff are always friendly and helpful no matter whether it's day or night.
Rooms are well equipped and cleaned to a high standard.
There is a mirror, hair dryer, tea & coffee making facilities, bottle opener next to the wardrobe and extra pillows in the wardrobe.
Iron and ironing boards are available at reception as are extra milks, sugars, etc.

They offer a 'Good Night Guarantee' so if you have a bad night just see reception. They will sort the problem for you at the time as well as give you a refund in the morning.

Beds are extremely comfortable and you can even buy a mattress and have it delivered to your home.

Access to the hotel is on level ground and has lifts to all floors. There are disabled friendly rooms as well as disabled parking next to the entrance.
