User

The staff were really friendly. Especially Rhys and Tash (I think that was her name) went above and beyond when we found out I had a slow puncture. Will be going back again

User

Stayed here for two nights and have to say we were well looked after. Staff friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. Food was lovely and plenty of it, Dale in Table Table was an exceptional young man, terrific asset to your company! Only a one thing I would ask for, a king size bed ! Mother hogged the bed and I nearly fell out lol😂😂😂😂😂

User

Staff are friendly and the rooms as always clean and tidy. I use Premier Inns quite a lot as my grandchildren love them. The bed was comfy but not a kingsize. Food in the restaurant was well cooked and nicely presented, typical pub restaurant food. I didn't have the cooked breakfast but others in my party did, cooked to order and as much as you wanted, saves a lot of waste. Must make a special mention to Dale who served us on both nights a very nice attentive and friendly young man.

User

Room was clean and tidy, staff were very friendly.

Arrived there early and was given a room before allotted time, breakfast was good but do you get your monies worth.

Had a meal in the restaurant on the evening staff were friendly and helpful, again not cheap or reasonable do you get your monies worth, no.

User

Absolutely lovely place, lovely people couldn’t be more helpful and friendly and the restaurant next door a wonderful weekend stay

User

The hotel was in a great position, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was far too good but the evening meal s were poor

User

The hotel should consider having a make over my room although very comfortable looked tired with small TV and poor WiFi meal deal is great...but £94 for one night not great value.

User

Stayed there last night, shower was warm enough for me, bed was comfy and plenty of room heating good, went over for a meal large portion good, had to wait for sweet, all in all good.

User

Small and friendly.

User

Hotel was great. Couldn't fault the room and the bed was extremely comfortable. Food in Table Table was lovely. We had the meal deal which is great value. Only downside was the toilets in the restaurant. They hadn't been cleaned and were dirty with no paper.

User

Friendly staff and welcome. Warm room. Good bed. Good breakfast.

User

Typical premier, this one is slightly dated still using keys on the door

User

Stilton burger had a massive lump (not crumbled or melted) of Stilton. Now I love a bit if Stilton but a skin on chunk, on an over cooked burger was grim. Brekky was good

User

Staff very friendly, second stay in two months. Rooms dated ... lovely setting .....our room very warm no air con/ temp control

User

Room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However the meal at Table Table was subpar at best (mixed grill) steak like leather, chicken had obviously been stood some time before being plated, tough fatty gammon and mushrooms which appeared to have been dredged from the abyss! Only reason they got 3 was for room and service as I don't think that deserves a lower mark. Breakfast was mediocre.

User

Reception and breakfast staff were excellent.

We had booked a table for 4 and paid for the meal deal. One meal had obviously been standing for a while before being served and was cold. The staff were busy serving Christmas parties so our service was very slow. As we were paying the bill we were told that one of the meals wasn't included in the meal deal (the one that was cold!)

We preferred the Premier Inn at the next junction that has the Harvester restaurant.

User

Overnight stay, work related, over priced in the restaurant, meal deal use to be 3 courses now it's 2. Cheaper to go to McDonald's for food and garage for alcohol. Great room though television satellite not good

User

Hotel was as ever great.... Staff great too. Service at table table great.... The steak I had was like a piece of bulls ass.....

User

Stopped there this morning to meet someone and asked if I could have a coffee while waiting in the restaurant.

Big mistake not asking price first.

£3 for a small cup of coffee.....Disgusting..
