We have just returned after a night at Glan Conwy. We found all the staff very friendly.

We always choose a Premier Inn because the standard of rooms is so high and we have found the standard as high in every Premier Inn we have stayed in.

Food in the restaurant was good. The buffet breakfast gave a wide choice and you could have as much or as little of whatever you wanted.

We were grateful to have the restaurant next to the hotel so we were able to eat as soon as we arrived and in the morning to go straight in to breakfast.

We have more holiday breaks booked at Premier Inns this year. If you look on the website and compare dates you can find days that are considerably cheaper. We tried others but now would only choose to stay at a Premier Inn.

User

This was our very first at Glan-Conwy and were very impressed. Our room was a bit darker than I expected, though very comfortable and clean. Plenty of sockets but in awkward places. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and the restaurant was very busy on the Sunday evening, so was quite a wait between courses. Starters were not brilliant but the main courses were excellent. Overall we enjoyed it and would recommend

User

Stayed here New Year's Eve. Friendly staff greeted us, the rooms were very spacious and spotless. It's very close to Llandudno town. Would highly recommend this hotel.

User

Stayed here 2 nights. Peaceful sleep, clean room, friendly staff, good location, all tea/coffee items easily accessed when needed, tv is watchable, nice bathroom and comfy beds will definitely return one day

User

Nothing was to much trouble when you required anything or asked.. going back shortly for a few nights,, a very convient place too..

User

User

Brilliant location very close to main city centre we booked this hotel for one night my kids love it I really recommend for family people rooms are so clean and staff are very friendly

User

We stay in premier inns when we go anywhere as we love them. Stayed in this one for my birthday. Checked in 18th June checked out 19th june. Room was lovely and clean. Staff were very nice. We decided to have breakfast but was very disappointed. Sausages, hash browns and bacon over cooked. My eggs were undercooked. The only thing I ate was some toast and a bowl of cereal what a waste of £8.99 each my husband's was the same. Don't have breakfast here it's horrible.

User

This was our first visit here and everything was as expected, lovely room, very clean, only gripe is the beds are a bit high for me so I have to get in first so hubby doesn't fall out the other side as I jump in.! Telly could also do with a few more channels, not everyone has the technology to watch tv through the internet.! The staff were very friendly and helpful and a big thankyou to Gail who showed me how to book a disabled room online. We only stay at premier inns and nobody has ever helped us with this before. Was nice to have a restaurant close by but sadly the food I will not be recommending.Hubbys exclamation of "where's my dinner"? when this huge plate with a tiny portion of food in the middle arrived did not bode well.Breakfast sadly was no better.Plenty of choice but the cooked breakfast was disappointing.

User

This is a nice hotel. It's a reasonable price, the room is nice, and the staff are very friendly and helpful (I personally interacted with two: Ashley and Rachel and they were awesome).

However, the free wi-fi is god-awful, and the "premium" (PST 5/24 hours) is basically just as bad (8x faster? my a**). I got better wi-fi reception and QoS at any and all of the motorway services.

There is a "Brewer's Fayre" restaurant attached to the hotel. The food is OK if pricey. If you don't go for the buffet, be prepared to wait 40-45 mins for your order to arrive (they do tell you this when you order). I think they are punishing you for not going for the buffet!

User

The accomodation is excellent and staff very friendly and helpful.

However the breakfast at Brewers Fayre (cooked and left under heat lamps) the bacon was like leather (tasty though) and the eggs were ruberised. Set price for full breakfast even if you just have bacon & egg.

Go for the continental.

User

Lovely professional welcome. Usual comfortable PI room although had a kind of tired feel.

Breakfast was sadly typical of the declining quality of the PI offering. Most locations have moved away from the superb 'freshly cooked to order' full English to a hit or miss buffet.

This is happening across the brand at a time when Travelodge is upping it's breakfast game and introducing new beds whilst keeping its price point well below Premier Inn.

User

Internet is rubbish food is great room nice real shame about the internet as this is required for my work whilst away

User

I feel like everyone stayed at a different hotel to me . It sounded like I was staying on top of the m1. The pillows were very thin . The tv wasn't tuned . When I realised I'd forgot my bag after checking out I was told to get it myself rather than collect it at reception. The beans were cold at breakfast . Lenny Henry lied when he said a good night sleep guaranteed. I finally nodded off at 3 am .

User

We stayed for two nights, 16th and 17th of June. The first night, the room was hot and stuffy. The only air conditioning was a massive, noisy fan: impossible to use and sleep.

The second night a coach was parked outside our room. It must have been sanctioned because space would have been reserved for it. At 6.30 in the morning, the coach fired up it's engine and ran the engine for a full 30 minutes, filling the room with fumes.

Needless to say, that was our 'Good Night's Sleep wrecked.

I raised a case under the 'Good Night Guarantee' 14 days ago and have received no response whatsoever. Very bad service.
