Stayed here before and just got back from another excellent stay. Staff very welcoming as before and rooms have been done up to a high standard. Very clean and comfortable. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us. Will return again. Keep up the good work!

Just stayed 1 night in Premier Inn Newport. Very comfortable. Lovely welcoming staff. Even gave us bottled chilled water on our departure for our journey home. Now that’s a nice gesture. Would recommend this Inn.

I work away from home a lot and this is one of the best premier inns I stay in. Always clean and tidy rooms, really comfy beds and very friendly staff.

Great Premier Inn and brilliant location for us. Have stayed a few times and have always been very happy with the customer service and our room.

Excellent stay at the weekend. The kids loved it and slept all night.

Very friendly staff and if you use the meal deal the food in the beefeater next door is upgrade from 'Thyme'.

The hotel great but the bloke in the bar was very rude I ordered food and it was so much of an inconvenience for him to take my order. Get some manners

Stayed at a few this one is slightly below par but is being refurbished as I write, so I expect better decor in the future. Meals were included at the Beefeater next door which was fine no issues, staff in both motel and restaurant very friendly and accommodating, room was good with comfy bed

Really nice rooms staff very friendly and helpful pre paid for evening meal and breakfast thought it was well worth doing that the meal was very nice in the Beefeater and the breakfast was very good value

Our room was very good house keeping staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very slow and needs more attention to provide a better service.

Lovely clean room, fantastic bed, not too noisy even though I had the window open. Friendly staff in both the hotel and restaurant. Would definitely come here again.

Hotel was OK, but we prepaid for breakfast, and it was at a Beefeater, and was not very good. Very disorganised, kept running out of coffee etc

Cooked food ok but order was not right

2nd night at this premier, room very clean, and comfortable. probably one of the refurbished ones. Staff helpful, friendly. Breakfast in the beefeater really good, freshly cooked to personal taste, have stayed in other establishments very close to here and this is definitely the better choice.

clean friendly. dinner lovely breakfast cold. people baning around woke me several times and room next to me bloke snores all night. came home early to get a rest.

Our room on the ground floor was a bit smelly from what smelt like damp, but with the referb that's taking place hopefully this will be sorted.

had all the usual standard quality's of a premier inn , the only issue i had was it was 38 degrees in the room ,no air con only fans to circulate the warm air

i personally expect air con in all hotels rooms so a comfortable climate can be set
