User

Took my little boy yesterday to watch Peter Rabbit, really polite and friendly staff and so much cheaper than other cinemas.

User

Took my boy to see Sherlock gnomes which was very enjoyable. Love this cinema and staff are always friendly.

User

Love this cinema it’s a true gem and the cost for a family is awesome

User

I'm a regular at Premiere and I can't recommend it enough! Awesome seats, big screens, unbeatable prices and the staff are just lovely there. Always leave with a smile :)

User

Fantastic value for money!!!! Brought my daughter here we come from Wiltshire enjoyed it more than our local cinema

User

Complete bargain. For a family of four to see "Spider-Man Homecoming" yesterday it cost £16!

Any of the larger chain cinemas I'd expect to pay at least £7-£10 each, so I had a possible saving of £24. Ok I had to pay to park in a multi-storey, but that only ended up being £2. My old boss at a supermarket used to say "Stack it high, sell it cheap and they will come." Well this proves that, as the cinema was quite full. (Midday showing on a Sunday in Cardiff).

I hope this cinema stays and lasts the distance. Top marks.

User

Amazing experience I would definitely recommend and great price too

User

Went yesterday to see the Greatest Showman. Good seats, booster seats fab for my daughter.

Only little gripe was that it was quite cold inside the theatre.

Staff friendly and very helpful too.

Will definitely be back!

User

Watched duck, duck, goose thought it was great, except my little boy who small 5 couldn't see over the seats in front n we had to move to the front, wish they could add something to the seats in some way would be perfect

User

Took my 9yr old son and his friend yesterday to watch despicable me 3 friendly staff and had a good experience. There was 1 male member of staff that was really helpful. My son went to the toilet and left his minion plush toy went bk a couple of minutes later and someone had taken it but the member of staff looked everywhere for it but didnt find it. I hope that whoever took it enjoys it and I hope that if they were with their parents that they are ashamed of themselves for not handing it in. I know this is not the fault of the cinema and did not take way the good time we had there will definitely go back again xx

User

Seating a bit weird, luckily no one in the row in front of us as very low. Comfortable though, staff pleasant. We paid cheap, got what we paid for. Not a bad experience though. Screen 4 saw Rob Brydon in Watching Men Swimming.

User

It's a lovely little cinema, not the tidys place. Amazing wonderful , staff who definitely look after their customers, and save them money. A family ticket for only £10pound wow, I thought I'll be paying 16pound for the four of us, but lady on the till advice me on all best deals.

User

I took my grandchildren to see peter rabbit yesterday, i have to say it was comfortable the temperature was fine and very friendly staff if i had to gripe and its just a small one there was no soap in the dispensers in the toilets but ive been before and will definately return.

User

First time here. Movie was great, staff were polite and service fast. Only problem we had were the seats. Both me aged 40 and my Son aged 6 used booster seats and still struggled to see the screen. I ended up with a bad back sitting bolt upright throughout with my Son on my lap as he just could not see. Not the most comfortable cinema i have been too.

User

Enjoyed our experience yesterday, no complaints from me.

One question though, can you explain how wheelchair access would work? I've seen lifts but nothing from the main door actually into the building

User

I was here yesterday the staff were friendly and we watched Duck duck goose and we were in screen room 4 and it was freezing in there my kids sat with their coats on, and the film was so boring half hour into it they were asking to leave. I find the seating no good here for my little ones as they are all in same level they can’t see over the seat in front. But the price is good

User

I was a big advocate of this place when they first started with £4 tickets, however now my local vue in merthyr only charges £4 we hadn't been for a while. Went to see IT yesterday and realised the poor quality of the place, small screens which were also poor quality (no HD in sight) poor sound and the way the seats are set up I had to be bolt up right the whole way through the movie to see over someone's head. I won't be going back.

User

Been before and it's been fine but yesterday took my kids, myself and both my kids sat throughout the entire film literally freezing cold, I know places like to have air con, but that was ridiculous, come home afterwards heating on full blast took hours to warm through. So for that reason I'll probably take my kids elsewhere from now on

User

Went to see Detroit yesterday, already sent email, place was dirty, seats were filthy needed a good clean or better still replacing, the way out of cinema changed to the way in, know visible sings to exit as far as we could see, and three staff just stood around chatting, we ended up walking to car park which wasn't particularly safe way to get to our car, the lights were left on during film another first, Premiere more like non-league, doesn't warrant the one star, first and last visit.
