Preseli Gold is the brand name of The Preseli Gold Sausage Co. formed out of the award winning Hughes Butchers of Fishguard, Pembrokeshire which opened in 1989 by Peter and Beverley Hughes. Having developed an award winning butchers shop, Peter & Beverley decided the time was right to open a manufacturing unit in Fishguard to cope with the demand of their award winning National and International sausages. Preseli Gold was formed in 2003. Today Preseli Gold supplies major customers such as Pembrokeshire County Council and other food service providers.
