It was really wild here last night with Storm Ciara passing through and I was really concerned for the ponies safety with flying debris, trees etc. So I brought as many in as possible although some had to share! The remaining 6 were in a sheltered field/yard and fully rugged. All happy and safe this morning...

We are really lucky to be situated in the heart of the Preseli Hills and only a couple of miles from the site where the Stonehenge Bluestones originated from. Over the last couple of years, we have been asked by our customers if they can ride to the Birthplace of the Stonehenge Bluestones, and funny enough we know exactly where that is! The Bluestone used is a unique type of Spotted Dolerite and Archaeologists, Geologists and Scientists have pinpointed the exact outcrop of rock. So we now have a new Half Day Trek route for 2020..... "The Stonehenge Bluestone ride" explores the Preseli origins of the infamous Stonehenge Bluestones and passes the actual site from where they were quarried....
