We've just come back from this caravan with my husband and my three children (3,7,11). This caravan is fantastic. It had plenty of things to do in caravan lk win board games and dvds. My youngest loved the little slide. It was very clean and tidy and has everything you need for cooking in caravan. Would highly recommend this caravan and again and they r very friendly too

We spent three nights here at the end of july and the caravan is amazing really homely and welcoming with a tv in each bedroom games console dvds and selection of games.

The kitchen is lovely with everything you could need and you can enjoy a meal outside due to the outdoor furniture.

The nicest homely, child friendly caravan we have ever stayed in, we will be going back.

We originally booked for Friday to Monday but due to the kids being back at school on Monday we arranged to stay until Sunday. Sam and Craig kindly offered the Thursday night as the family due to leave the Friday left for work commitments. We arrived at 9pm, after a long drive Sam and Craig showed us around the caravan. They kindly got us coffee and milk as it was late at night after such a long day this was a lovely gesture.



The caravan itself is lovely, fresh and clean. Televisions in every room, heater in the main bedroom and fire in living area. We stayed with two teenage boys 13,15 and they loved it. Plenty to do on site and off. Easy access to pleasure beach and main Blackpool.



Would not hesitate to book with Sam and Craig again, will be sure to tell friends and family too.

We had a great family holiday in this caravan. It's the best caravan I have stayed in and I have stayed in a lot.

There is garden furniture for adults and another set for the kids, the kitchen has everything you may need for cooking (including a halogen oven and george forman grill). The bedrooms all have tvs with dvd players or hard drive with films loaded on :-)

Also it is situated close to the main complex which was another plus. We definitely visit here again :-)

We are now on our way home from here. The caravan was just lovely. When we got there was really clean and tidy. Loved the fact that all we had to bring was towels as all the bedding was provided. The park itself was really nice too. Would highly recommend to everyone. My 5 year old son didn't want to leave this morning .

Sam is also brilliant, answered my 1000 questions and was always friendly.

Stayed here last week and we all loved it has more than what you get in most caravans and can't wait to get back next year

Previously stayed in this caravan with my son and husband in Prestatyn after the new owners took over this page! The van we stayed in was spotless, owners were lovely a stone throw away from beach and all amenities!These owners go above and beyond to help! There is milk on arrival and tea and coffee, enough bed linen for the 6 birth, and spares if need be, the beds are made up for when you arrive so you can just unload and unwind after your journey! From start to finish A plus treatment from Robert. Fantastic and reasonable explaining everything to me. My wife had an unexpected early emergency c section which forced us to cancel our holiday 2 weeks before we were due to go! Robert instantly offered us a full refund , no questions asked , and even asked us how baby was doing in the following days ! Faith in humanity restored .Thank you

Stayed in this caravan on 26th August for long weekend we had great time until owner refused to pay deposit back.

She said we left caravan in a mess which is not true we cleaned and put everything away before we left.

She also said we had been smoking in caravan and had burnt bed linen which is not true we would not of smoked in caravan with our young children in there.

She has also said we have broke the TVs in bedrooms which is another lie as we never even used them because we couldn't find remotes.

When we got to caravan they hadn't left enough sheets and linen for the 8 of us staying so had to wait for some to be brought to us late at night.

The caravan wasn't even spotlessly clean when we got there dirt in cupboards and dust everywhere.

The fridge was broke inside which by some reviews I've read has been like this for some time and not been repaired.

I am warning people who want to rent this caravan to be careful because by the looks of it she is scamming people out of there deposits.

And you need to clean the caravan from top to bottom before you leave otherwise you don't get deposit back.



I will never us this caravan site again and will stick to butlins minehead privately owned caravans where I used for years and never had a problem.

My friend stayed here and everything was fine untill she was refused her deposit back after they stated she had broken the "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" for over cooking a pizza in the oven... she was then blocked so she couldnt leave a review so i have posted this on here for her!!! I know i have not stayed in your caravan so don't reply to me saying i haven't as clearly am posting this review on behalf of my friend who you have BLOCKED !!! Absolutely robbing, you could understand if a window got smashed or a door broken off but a smell of burnt food �� if any 1 stays here i suggest u don't cook as u won't get ya deposit back for a smell afterwards

The van we stayed in was spotless, owners were lovely a stone throw away from beach and all amenities!These owners go above and beyond to help! There is milk on arrival and tea and coffee, enough bed linen for the 6 birth, and spares if need be, the beds are made up for when you arrive so you can just unload and unwind after your journey! Lovely caravan very homely :) Sam was very welcoming when we arrived & made sure everything was just right for our stay. Lots of games & dvds to keep the kids entertained. Would definitely recommend to other people looking to book a caravan. Thankyou once again

Just returned from a week's stay in Blackpool......The caravan was lovely and fully equipped with everything we needed and more. It was situated just perfect on the site, close to all amenities but far enough away for peace and quiet. There was even a welcome gift of lovely smelling body butter.......such a lovely gesture. We are planning on coming back in 2018 and would highly recommend xx

Just got back from a great weekend at Marton mere. Camp is lovely and caravan is great, clean and we'll equipped for families. Will definitely be returning again. Thank you for having us

Just arrived back from our stay in this caravan and cant recommend enough! The caravan is lovely, very clean and child friendly and really close to the centre of the park! The owners are really friendly and welcoming. Even the beds are really comfy . Will defo be returning! Thanks for a great holiday!xxxxx

From start to finish A plus treatment from Robert. Fantastic and reasonable explaining everything to me. My wife had an unexpected early emergency c section which forced us to cancel our holiday 2 weeks before we were due to go! Robert instantly offered us a full refund , no questions asked , and even asked us how baby was doing in the following days ! Faith in humanity restored .Thank you

Best static we've stayed in very well equipped for a family tv in every room,Wii console for kids,DVDs,games,lovely place to stay can't wait till next stay had a fantastic weekend just not long enough plenty to do on site great swimming pool with lots of activitys an a splash bowl slide gutted it was closed end of season so look forward to staying in the summer, there's a spar shop,chip shop,carvery,entertainment club,arcade,so much to keep kids entertained.An sam an hubby are such lovely people made us feel very welcome pleasure to have met you both an will be staying again but for longer this time.Also very clean, beds comfortable nice warm quilts,couldn't ask for better 10-15mins from Blackpool beach..thanks guys you made us all feel very welcome an the weekend the best home from home static break we've ever had an we have been on alot easiest 5* I've had to give an only one I've given xx

A luxury caravan with lots of great extras - TVs in all bedrooms with a wide selection of films, Nintendo wifi and large smart TV in the lounge :)

There's something to do for the whole family :)

Stayed in this caravan on 26th August for long weekend we had great time until owner refused to pay deposit back.

She said we left caravan in a mess which is not true we cleaned and put everything away before we left.

She also said we had been smoking in caravan and had burnt bed linen which is not true we would not of smoked in caravan with our young children in there.

She has also said we have broke the TVs in bedrooms which is another lie as we never even used them because we couldn't find remotes.

When we got to caravan they hadn't left enough sheets and linen for the 8 of us staying so had to wait for some to be brought to us late at night.

The caravan wasn't even spotlessly clean when we got there dirt in cupboards and dust everywhere.

The fridge was broke inside which by some reviews I've read has been like this for some time and not been repaired.

I am warning people who want to rent this caravan to be careful because by the looks of it she is scamming people out of there deposits.

And you need to clean the caravan from top to bottom before you leave otherwise you don't get deposit back.



I will never us this caravan site again and will stick to butlins minehead privately owned caravans where I used for years and never had a problem.

My friend stayed here and everything was fine untill she was refused her deposit back after they stated she had broken the "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" for over cooking a pizza in the oven... she was then blocked so she couldnt leave a review so i have posted this on here for her!!! I know i have not stayed in your caravan so don't reply to me saying i haven't as clearly am posting this review on behalf of my friend who you have BLOCKED !!! Absolutely robbing, you could understand if a window got smashed or a door broken off but a smell of burnt food �� if any 1 stays here i suggest u don't cook as u won't get ya deposit back for a smell afterwards
