Pret A Manger

Went for a coffee and cookie today with a friend. When I asked if the cookie contained nuts the boy behind the counter made great effort to check with the other lady behind the counter. She then got out the ingrediant book and checked for and even showed me it to make sure :) never had that before in a cafe or restaurant. So nice when they look after their customers:) the cookie was lush aswell. Alot of other places should take note! �

The best fresh and tasty bacon roll and coffee, love the almond croissants too!

The Cardiff staff are fantastic. Are you planning to open a branch in Swansea, Port Talbot or Neath? I have to stock up on products whenever I visit Cardiff and freeze what I can.

Lovely place with amazing staff. Extra thanks to the kind lady who served me today and brought my card to me after I'd left it in the machine. Absolute life saver :)

I enjoy having a coffee every morning before class & is the best coffee! Staff is very friendly!

Fabulous service in St David’s centre from very knowledgeable staff who were happy to advise on vegetarian choices. Prompt and friendly service too. Thanks Sadie!

Easy going busy coffee shop. Decent prices for a City centre. Free wifi and some comfortable chairs if you can get one.

Can't fault either the food or experience @ Pret in Cardiff St Davids centre pleny of choice of veggie alternative food wise and alternatives on the milk front. That aside the staff made a conscious effort to be cordial and wished us a good day when we were leaving.



This may seem a small thing but the amount of places I go to when they don't say anything when they deliver your food or when you leave means this is nice to see.

Absolutely my most favourite place to eat. Food is beautiful, healthy and always fresh. Friendly customer service and smooth coffee. First choice always!

Ran out of China cups at 1100 in a practically empty cafe. Failure to provide cups to your outlets is pretty sloppy.
