Visited for the first time yesterday evening 09.07.18 I must say a beautiful place to go for a evening meal food was absolutely amazing myself and two friends really enjoyed and the two gentlemen who served us last night was extremely polite definite must try! Xxx

Visited Prezzo in Mumbles, Swansea. Very busy with lots of people eating al fresco. Kate served us and she was excellent, very attentive and gave some great advice as our son had just had a brave fittegd and was limited with his choice of courses. Food was delicious and reasonably priced, would definitely recommend 👍

I don't usually write reviews of chain restaurants but I was really impressed with the experience yesterday. We opted for a two course set menu. The choices were wide and the portion sizes very good. But it was the level of quality that really surprised. It was terrific. And I want to make a special mention about our waitress. Friendly, efficient and just a lovely young woman. Next time we are in town we will definitely be back. But one thing needs addressing.... The toilet furniture is rusty and needs replacing.

My daughter was really looking forward to celebrate her 16th birthday here on 14/10/17. She said her and her friends were put under pressure to order by a young female waitress, so ended up just ordering a cheese pizza each, she also said she was quite moody with them and was very miserable. What should have been a great evening for her and her friends turned out not to be so great, she was quite gutted.

My husband and myself also ate there with friends downstairs and enjoyed the food service was a bit rushed, so as you can imagine there was quite a lot of money spent there that evening.

I wish she had told me whilst we were there as I would have said something there and then.

Booked a family meal there for a family members birthday. The group ordered drinks which were asked for on two or three occassions before they arrived. We also ordered food but menus were brought to us to order for a second time and we stated already ordered communication not being good between staff. However, when food arrived it was nice. Group had to wait again and ask or 3 or 4 occassions to get jugs of water, glasses and ice and childs drink with the meal being nearly completed before the drinks arrived. Altogether although the staff were lovely the service provided needs to be vastly improved via training then the place would be better.

My first time at this prezzo and I was really disappointed. Went with my 2 children, my friend and her 3 children. We had to wait a long time for our drinks, food, was given a wonky table to accommodate the 7 of us. The waitress wasn't welcoming or attentive and made us feel uncomfortable. The portions were bib but the food wasn't fantastic. Rusty bins in the toilets yet the restaurant is fairly new. Waited ages to try and pay the bill and eventually got up and asked to pay the by the exit! Not at all what I had expected. Am a regular at croeso lounge and bistro Pierre being a local mumbles resident. Won't be returning to prezzo anytime soon. A shame!

Went here last night for my boyfriend birthday I must say the food was lovely but the service was horrific!! Very slow waitnressing I had a voucher from Groupon but the very young manager Insissted that I owed £48!!! After 25 mins of standing by the bar explaining she's got it wrong ( she was having non of it) and that i was ment to be owing £18 plus the voucher.



After all the time I wasted through the manager having no common sense she said 'Oh sorry I know where your getting that figure from now!!



Wasn't impressed... Will not be coming back here.

We arrived at the restaurant with no one to greet us, so took a seat. My partner then went to the bar to ask for a menu and we were asked to wait at the door to be seated. We waited, and in the meantime were informed that it was the manager who had to seat us, so we waited on. The manager finally came over (we appreciate they were busy so didn't mind waiting) and stared at my partner as though it should have been us greeting him. He took us towards a table and started laying out the menus whilst he asked if we would be happy there, I actually asked at that point if we could chose a slightly different table, and he placed all the menus on the original table and replied with "do whatever you want" before walking away. Safe to say, we didn't stay after all the attitude we were given.

And on a side note, we went to a restaurant next door who had queues up the stairs, yet we had the best customer service and beautiful food.
