Went to Prezzo with a group of my close friends last night and the food was amazing. I had the chicken and bacon carbonara which I highly recommend. Everyone in the group was more than happy with their meals. The waitors and waitresses were very helpful, prompt and friendly too. Will definitely be coming back soon !

We love Prezzos, after a busy day shopping, a lush meal was just what we needed, Prezzo never fails us! Very attentive staff too, thanks!

We had had a hectic time at Cardiff University open day and were in desperate need of food and drink Prezzo in our home town has closed so visiting you was perfect allround. Food excellent, drinks cold on such a hot day and service perfect. We will visit again.

The staff went above & beyond, being so busy as pre Cold Play Concert. Rushed off their feet, they were attentive & smiling. Very professional. Food was delicious & beautifully presented considering the restaurant was full to capacity & moreso. Well done !!!!!

The food was excellent we had free courses for £14 starter main and pudding the service was quick and the food tasted very nice we've been your few times and no complaints about the food or the service both my two sons love coming for their birthdays and would come back with no hesitation at all thank you

After starving ourselves all day, the food was well worth the wait and we enjoyed our 3 course meal! �

Calamari, mushroom and hummus to start, chicken and seafood pasta for mains and cheesecake for dessert.

Friendly staff and good service.

First time visiting here.... would definitely go back.

Great restaurants.... and great they send us vouchers which we use quite regularly! Great food, the ambiance is good too..... what is not to like??? Prezzo is one of the best restaurants around!

Great food, wine and service as usual, never disappointed with Prezzo. And £90 Tesco vouchers between us certainly took the sting out the bill.

Food is amazing and fresh. Never had a bad meal and I'm there often. Staff are very welcoming and polite they can't do enough for you. Really recommend this place .

Excellent. Didn't book and walked in early evening with my wife and 1 year old son. Gave us a seat away from others, bits for my son to play with and were prompt with food.

Dinner there tonight was outstanding along with dessert. Atmosphere was also relaxing. My colleagues Rich & Jim and I really enjoyed our meals. They had the risotto with fresh cheese, I had the spaghetti carbonara. The appetizer was the Edamonde breschette with pomegranate, along with olive & chili oil. Delicious!

Another great evening spent with friends at Prezzo. Served in style by manager Jan. Delicious food and drink too. This place never fails!

We had a scrumptious meal I had Sea Bass which was truly beautiful, my son had a pizza and my daughter had a pasta dish and both were very happy with their choice. The waitresses were very attentive and helpful. I would definitely return but the only reason I'm giving a four star is the interior look tired could do with a quick make-over.

Popped in for early dinner with my daughter. It was lovely. Staff were very friendly and food was delicious. I had the burger & daughter had goats cheese pizza. . Yummy.

I went there for my birthday and I throughly enjoyed! Lovely, tasty food and brilliant service. This one of my favourite restaurants and they certainly didn't let me down :)

I have to admit I was very surprised that by about 3.30pm the meatballs and bolognese had run out but the Lasagne was delicious and the service was good. They were child friendly. It was my first visit but would go again

Friendly staff, on a quiet day we chose our own seating area. We were not rushed to choose our drinks and food. Meals arrived piping hot with excellent preparation. We both chose Tiramasu for dessert which was very morrish.

Fab place LUSH food and fab staff. The only reason I am giving a 4 is the soft drinks are so expensive. For a small bottle of coke its £2.70 and for a soda water and lime £2.20 but lovely otherwise

Went here with my son on 11th July and I understand they were really busy because Coldplay were on that night but firstly we were told there would be an approximately 40 min wait which was fine but after around half an hour the woman started seating people that came in after us. When I told her she seated us next. Next, we ordered garlic bread as a nibble whilst our main course was cooking. That came to the table quickly. The people on the table next to us ordered just before us and they had their food quickly. By the time they were finishing their mains we still hadn't had ours and had finished our garlic bread ages ago. I asked a waitress how long out food was gonna be and she went go find out. I saw her ask the chef but she didn't come back to tell us. Another 10 minutes goes by and more people had been seated next to us and ordered their food. I asked a different waiter how long our food was gonna be as we had tickets to see Coldplay and he went to find out and said it wouldn't be long. Next, the new people who had sat down at least half an hour after us had their food served and we still hadn't had ours. Our food finally came 10 mins later with no apology or offer of a free drink or anything. If I didn't have my Tesco vouchers for money off the food I would never have stayed there!

We always go to Prezzo and the staff work very hard. Went last night meal was fab but the noise from the table next to ours was so loud I just wanted to get out of there. They soon shut up when they got their bill lol. About 4 bottles of wine and I think I heard him say 12 Large bottles of peroni

Staff were very good. Food was okay. Bit overpriced for what we had even with a voucher. Place was a little bit chilly. Would we eat there again. Probably not

Went for a work meal on Tuesday. Before desert, I excused myself to go to the toilet. One female toilet was covered in faeces, (in the toilet, on the seat etc). Obviously this turned my stomach so I left and told a member of staff. I expected the response to be, "Oh my goodness, I am so sorry you had to see that, we will put an 'out of order' sign on the cubicle door and clean it as soon as we have a chance". Instead, the response was, "aw ye, I know, someone said a while ago, maybe just use another one instead?" The toilet was not cleaned before I left and no out of order sign was placed on the door.

Safe to say, I was put off desert!

Not the best service or food ..

I believe the manager on shift at the time was very miserable and made me and company feel very unwelcome.

Food was okay, nothing special. Service was bad. Ladies looked really tired, no enthusiasm, they looked as they're working there for punishment. I will not return to that particular place. Huge improvement needed.

Ordered a takeaway through Deliveroo and all the food arrived stone cold. The only thing that wasn't cold was the water I ordered with it. I don't know whether this was how it left the restaurant or not, but I would like to speak to someone immediately. Not happy.

My wife and I went there on Thursday evening and it was the worst experience we’ve ever had, we will in the coming days be writing to their Head Office. To all you good people out there who are going out for a meal and spend your hard earned cash avoid!!! avoid!!! avoid!!!!�

Just had to leave Prezzo St Mary Streey because of the utter rudeness of the staff and the duty manager! Disgraceful

I'm sorry to say that the penne Salmon was grotesque I couldn't figure out the taste until the night after but it was tinned salmon reminded me of if I ate cat food it was truly the worst meal I ever taste & Nearly £12 to boot , a salmon filet is £1.50 they need to say on the menu this is cat food , sorry tinned salmon , I will never eat in Prezzo again
