Food was lovely. Service was lacking. Might have been understaffed.

It was decent, not amazing. But there's a lot of online discounts and vouchers to use in the restaurant, and if you're using one then I'd say it's worth its price.

I have been to this restaurant a few times without any problems. Today when I ordered a glass of prosecco it was presented quite flat. I politely asked for a fresh glass which the waitress provided. The second glass was definitely fresh and I was satisfied. After finishing this glass I ordered another and this was delivered by the manager. Unfortunately this glass was even flatter than the first presented and I politely asked for a fresh glass again. The waitress (suspected manager) was very rude and defensive and stormed off. She presented 5 minutes later with a new bottle of prosecco to open if front of me. She made my party and I feel uncomfortable and it ruined our dining experience. Poor customer service.

The food was terrible. I ordered a well cooked buffalo mozzarella and a salad with no onions. When the meal came, it was smaller than the kids pizza, and had one mushroom, and two olives. The salad had onions in and the pizza was undercooked. The starters were wrong, and my child's pizza was undercooked with the wrong toppings. Absolutely disgraceful.

Efficient and very friendly service. Food is good and you can often get discount codes from the Prezzo offers on their seen site.
