Prezzo Cardiff St Mary Street

Waited two hours for food with no explanation up until we had to ask and the waitress told us they’d been serving another table. Would have been fine if they’d told us there’d be a wait time. The sea bass was overcooked and dry like cardboard - don’t get the sea bass. Prawn risotto didn’t have salmon mentioned in the name so was quite surprised when there was more salmon than prawn (+ too salty). Waitress was barely attentive. Waited too long to pay the check

I’ve had a very good Calzone pizza here. Not a huge selection of beers to go with it tho. Nice service and good location.

Great food with the experience of seeing the chef prepare your food so that you know it is fresh. I would personally recommend the tre gusti pizza.

Prezzo executes the chain-restaurant idea very well. Great value for money, a varied menu with seasonal changes and super-helpful staff. If we ever have Tesco vouchers to use up, we will inevitably use them in Prezzo.

It is one of the worst restaurant in England.
They serves wine warm, about 100g of salad as a main salad, charges it for 11 pounds. The portion of the food is so small overall, You are still hungry after spending 32 pounds for 2 people. A person cleaning a table with a toxic chemical spray bottle, becomes a server. Maybe it was a Monday night freak show.

Food was great, service was alright, our waitress was miserable. I thought it was quite expensive fir what it was.

It was just ok. I am a regular in Prezzo in Reading and had high hopes for lunch but there was no atmosphere here. The food was fine but the staff lacked hospitality skills.

Wonderful food and the best pizza in Cardiff. I had the vegetarian one and it was delicious. I had fun with the "knife wheel" - felt like real Italian 😁
