I absolutely love this place. Great facilities (very clean) and super friendly owners. Awesome being right next to the river and having lots of space, despite being "full". Highly recommend.

Lovely low-key campsite in a charming setting (by a river, 10 mins walk to Brecon town) with helpful owners and good, clean facilities, including free fire pit loan. So good you can forgive / forget the occasional rumble from the road that runs alongside it.

Fanstic camp site, nice and clean with lovely and friendly owners. Love the little logs you can use to sit on or in our case used as little drinks table. Ten minutes walk to town. This campsite is ideal for all ages. Also offers fishing all day for a small charge. Lovely river that you can have dip in to cool off.

With friendly owners, a beautiful setting and clean, well-maintained facilities, I highly recommend this quiet little camping site for those who prefer to stay in more subdued surroundings.

You'd be hard pressed to find a more idillic place to set up camp. A mere 10-minute walk from the centre of Brecon, Priory Mill Farm give the impression of a quaint French country home, dropped into the beauty of the Welsh countryside.

Owners, Susie and Noel, have done an incredible job of creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for visitors. The grounds are well cared for, and offer a fantastic assortment of facilities ... guests will be able to access mod cons like toilets, a washing up area, and even hot showers (for a small fee). Near the main gate, you'll also find a small shelter which includes a freezer (for recharging ice packs, a mains strip (for recharging mobiles), and even a small lending library (for recharging at the end of a day). Susie and Noel even offer farm fresh eggs, as well as bags of firewood and charcoal, all locally sourced.

The campsite itself lies along the banks of a small river, which provides a soothing backdrop to the setting. Friends and I spend 2 nights in tents at the site. It was the perfect basecamp for trekking the local scenery and trail systems. Several trails set out from the farm itself, winding through local fields and hills, and taking in plenty of natural beauty along the way. Taking a short walk into Brecon, we were able to catch a bus directly into Brecon Beacons National Park, which is rife with trekking options. After summiting a bevy of Beacons, it was great to know that we had a quiet and comfortable place waiting for us at the end of the day. We'll definitely be back.

Nice peaceful campsite, adequate facilities, lovely scenery, only a short walk into town (though there's not much point), pleasant owners. I'd stay again if travelling by car, but I went on my motorbike and I wouldn't recommend it for that. There's a steep slope from the road to a cobbled courtyard and then an awkward 180-degree hairpin to get into the camping field. Also, while the showers were good, the little area each shower had to get dressed was far too small, and near impossibly small if you're trying to get into motorcycle kit. I left my boots outside the door but it was still like trying to get dressed in a wardrobe.

Superb site which has been very thoughtfully designed. So relaxing, quiet yet near to town. Will definitely stay again.

I stayed there around Easter time 2015. Great spot to stay and the site is beautifully located on the outskirts of Brecon. It's also a lovely walk to the hills from the campsite. I would recommend this site to anyone. Lovely home away from home.
