This 10 months old Labrador had a joint problem, it took them two weeks to send the insurance claim form up ,when she was referred to chestergate animal hospital they had to ask three times for the x-rays to be sent over electronically they also disclosed confidential information to the breeder I was informed after her operation at chestergate animal hospital Pritchard the vets would not treat her as a follow up,
