I've suffered a couple of mental breakdowns in my life and am finally finding ways to manage myself & feel better. So let's see what's out there and share it with anyone who is trying to find their life balance!

When exam pressures hit, I think this is a fantastic approach. I encourage my teenage daughter to do a body scan meditation when she goes go to bed π΄ if she's feeling "antsy"
Help slow down their minds, and let them take a breath π
