Formerly known as SafeHands CYP Support Services, we are a provision of social care and support for children and young people with disabilities and additional needs within the Cardiff area. ProCare Children's Services operates under ProCare Nursing Agency Ltd registration and commissioning, complying with legislation and regulations stipulated by both CIW (Care Inspectorate Wales) and CCC (Cardiff Council Commissioning). It is our vision that ProCare Children's Services provides a child or young person-centred focus in a way that promotes outcomes whilst maintaining independence and promoting active participation, becoming a solid, dependable, and consistent part of the child or young person's life for as long as necessary. Our service approach is maintained through robust and rigorous governance and audit process, which in turn ensures that we achieve at the highest level and continuously meets the needs of our children, young people, and their families. ProCare Children's Services thoroughly and robustly works with the team around the child, young person, and their family to assess all new care packages, identifying the needs of the individual to ensure that they are cared for and supported appropriately meeting their individual needs. These packages of care and support are routinely reviewed to ensure any changing needs are met. The service we offer is flexible, friendly, and family focused and we pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with parents and carers as well as the child or young person themselves.
