Second year in a row to visit Proline Skates, with excellent service once again. Went to buy Scooter parts for my son. They took the time to make sure everything was right for him and even that he knew how to put it together! Great team! Great value! Great shop! Thanks All!
Second time I’ve got something from yourselves after buying my wife a Penguins jersey few weeks ago! Great customer service and very friendly staff!! Thank you!
Purchased inline skates last week. Selection was very good, customer service amazing - I took a lot of time to chose the right ones and it was not a problem. Also got advice where to skate and got the break removed (saved me hassle). Definitely would recommend! �
Ordered my daughter some aggressive skates Sunday evening, didn’t want to sell me there ex display ones so ordered me a new pair & they turned up on Wednesday. Great service, great communication and great delivery! Will definitely be getting my business again.
My son bought his scooter he designed from proline last year and loves it. He would use it everyday if he could. I took it back today for some alterations and they couldn't be any more helpful.
Fantastic friendly service and their knowledge is second to none. I highly recommend them.
Just got back from a trip to Proline Skates in Cardiff. They were incredibly helpful, sorting out an issue with an inline skate heel brake screw (the original supplier sent the wrong attachment), a tiny detail which wasn't their fault or problem, and costing very little so there was minimal profit in it for them, but they took the time and effort to sort it for me. This is the fourth or fifth time I've been to Proline and nothing is ever too much trouble, the result being that I'll be making more return visits in future. They really know their stuff and I couldn't recommend the place more highly.

Big thanks again to Proline Skates for sorting out a difficult issue with a bolt and the poor thread on the frame of one of my skates. These guys are proper enthusiasts and nothing is ever too much trouble. THANK YOU.
Ice Hockey Equipment
WOW!! I arrange via email to have my son measured for ice hockey equipment on Saturday 20th January in the shop early morning which we were greeted by Chris our sales guy. I could see straight away Chris was going to be great with my boy from the first 5 mins looking over his new helmet. Chris made sure every bit of equipment fitted right and Keegan was happy. We managed to get completely kitted out at a reasonable price for a beginner. Anybody looking for ice hockey gear should definitely go to Proline Skates you can’t beat customer service in person and Proline skates are the best I’ve visited in Cardiff area for ice hockey.
Massive thank you to Chris and we will be back for more in the future.
I just made my first order and I am truly impressed by the amazing ranges available, at a great spread of prices, making top quality gear accessible to all budgets, and exceptional customer service! Amazing shop, was there on 2nd November 2017, to purchase a 2nd custom scooter for my son who was 13 on the day were there. John was amazing he explained that only my son could pick his custom as it was what he wanted my son had a pretty good idea before we went there but John left us to decide over the 1 hour 1/2 we were there havng advice when we needed john also rang to check if he could get a different part in, he managed and was going to be there in the afternoon, mu son decidedin the end he wanyrd tne silver one. He worked out an excellent price 4 us. We there was able to pay a deposit and pay the rest off when collected or he did explain that we could ring him and pay money off over the phone as we live in Neath. All the parted we put away for my son's Christmas present ready to built closer to Christmas.
Excellent service we always travel to Cardiff every couple of months as we feel we receive the best service at the right price. Thanks John & staff. See you all in a couple of weeks.
Amazing service once again this week at proline, put a set of chilli scooter bars over for Christmas and was really impressed with the level of customer service and advice given by the guy in the shop.
Definitely recommend this shop to any clueless parents like me who are getting a scooter or parts for their kids this Christmas.
Amazing customer service, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I took my 4year old into the shop today thinking she needed new figure skates. The staff could have quite easily have sold me a pair and I would have walked out a happy customer. However they spent a good 30mins with us and showed me how to fit her skates correctly before she goes on the ice. Honestly - amazing customer service. Will definitely be back As soon as she actually needs a new pair of skates- very impressed - thank you
Always been an excellent shop over the years when I needed anything. Bought a new pair of CCM Jetspeed 280's at a great price and had them baked and free skate guards too. Always helpful and a top guy too. Cheers
Afternoon guys..what crazy 24 hours you all have blown me away with this amazing effort and raise this amount money in such a short space of time for Andrew Helgesen son..this is insane..once again thank you guys without you this would of not been possible..I would like to say thank you to Proline skates and there staff John and shaun for there a amazing effort and gestures with sorting this out for me and for the extra with no charges amazing gesture and also a big thank you for Lincoln city football club to also donated toward the cost it amazing anyway down to business..
Total amount raise so far is £416.
The scooter cost £280 which included being build for free..also free next delivery..along with loads of extra
The remaining amount of £136, shall forward on to Andrew to put toward training ground funds
Is anyone still wishes to contribute, it shall be put in the training grounds funds

Not this home game vs Cambridge as I won't arrive till late to the game, got to watch man u vs Liverpool too lol..I be at the fan zone vs Crawley I shall buy a pint if anyone that donated would like one.. thanks guys much appreciated
The delivery is aim for Thursday after it being built tomorrow
Absolutely fantastic service bought a custom scooter for my son nothing was too much trouble one very happy boy leaving the shop will be returning �

Used my skates, and the grind wasn’t very good at all, impossible to skate on, the edges weren’t level on either foot, won’t be going back for that service (the only reason I don’t rate it 0 is because they did it right away)

Overall, a great company with great staff and huge choices no matter which sport you’re there for, I’ll definitely be using them again for equipment purposes.

Ice Hockey Equipment
WOW!! I arrange via email to have my son measured for ice hockey equipment on Saturday 20th January in the shop early morning which we were greeted by Chris our sales guy. I could see straight away Chris was going to be great with my boy from the first 5 mins looking over his new helmet. Chris made sure every bit of equipment fitted right and Keegan was happy. We managed to get completely kitted out at a reasonable price for a beginner. Anybody looking for ice hockey gear should definitely go to Proline Skates you can’t beat customer service in person and Proline skates are the best I’ve visited in Cardiff area for ice hockey.

Amazing shop, was there on 2nd November 2017, to purchase a 2nd custom scooter for my son who was 13 on the day were there. John was amazing he explained that only my son could pick his custom as it was what he wanted my son had a pretty good idea before we went there but John left us to decide over the 1 hour 1/2 we were there havng advice when we needed john also rang to check if he could get a different part in, he managed and was going to be there in the afternoon, mu son decidedin the end he wanyrd tne silver one. He worked out an excellent price 4 us. We there was able to pay a deposit and pay the rest off when collected or he did explain that we could ring him and pay money off over the phone as we live in Neath. All the parted we put away for my son's Christmas present ready to built closer to Christmas.
Excellent service we always travel to Cardiff every couple of months as we feel we receive the best service at the right price. Thanks John & staff. See you all in a couple of weeks.
Amazing service once again this week at proline, put a set of chilli scooter bars over for Christmas and was really impressed with the level of customer service and advice given by the guy in the shop.
Definitely recommend this shop to any clueless parents like me who are getting a scooter or parts for their kids this Christmas.
Amazing customer service, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I took my 4year old into the shop today thinking she needed new figure skates. The staff could have quite easily have sold me a pair and I would have walked out a happy customer. However they spent a good 30mins with us and showed me how to fit her skates correctly before she goes on the ice. Honestly - amazing customer service. Will definitely be back As soon as she actually needs a new pair of skates- very impressed - thank you
Always been an excellent shop over the years when I needed anything. Bought a new pair of CCM Jetspeed 280's at a great price and had them baked and free skate guards too. Always helpful and a top guy too. Cheers
Afternoon guys..what crazy 24 hours you all have blown me away with this amazing effort and raise this amount money in such a short space of time for Andrew Helgesen son..this is insane..once again thank you guys without you this would of not been possible..I would like to say thank you to Proline skates and there staff John and shaun for there a amazing effort and gestures with sorting this out for me and for the extra with no charges amazing gesture and also a big thank you for Lincoln city football club to also donated toward the cost it amazing anyway down to business..
Total amount raise so far is £416.
The scooter cost £280 which included being build for free..also free next delivery..along with loads of extra
The remaining amount of £136, shall forward on to Andrew to put toward training ground funds

Went in to store to get my skates sharpened and pick up a few extra bits, skates done right away, staff super friendly and they had they few bits I needed in stock

Used my skates, and the grind wasn’t very good at all, impossible to skate on, the edges weren’t level on either foot, won’t be going back for that service (the only reason I don’t rate it 0 is because they did it right away)

Overall, a great company with great staff and huge choices no matter which sport you’re there for, I’ll definitely be using them again for equipment purposes.
