Very helpful and great with our cats and dogs

Went here to get help for my dog who was in very bad pain due to a possible fracture . Was told that treatment could be given by giving first aid or put to sleep. Not happy with the service as was told nothing could be done for my dog in the way of x-ray or care . Plus being obstructed to leave to take my dog else where to get the help he needed . Came here I thought they would help me but got no where with it.

These vets really love animals and it shows in the way they care for the animals. Got our poorly cat to the vet at 9:40 and patched up and on our way by 10:10. Efficient but caring as well.

So caring and helpful.....great customer service...the animals always come first....

Prospect House are a great veterinary team. The whole staff are caring, kind and considerate. Our Springer Spaniel has received fantastic treatment there on several occasions, we couldn't ask for a more professional service.
