Ibiza was a pleasant surprise, it’s not all about glow sticks and all night raving. It’s a stunning... island with such interesting landscape and kind people. Mike arranged for his family to go paddleboarding whilst on holiday as Emma has always wanted to try. They absolutely loved the experience, the spectacular views of Snowdonia and the open space, away from it all. Well done Mike, Emma and Richard, enjoy the rest of your holiday.

We took the Intro to SUP at Llyn Padarn last weekend with Tom - what an amazing experience! All the great quality kit was provided and Tom was really friendly and chatty, great at explaining techniques - and patient! We have never tried paddleboarding before but have now really got the bug and will be continuing this great new interest, thanks to Psyched! And, of course, we will be back for more! ;-) Highly recommended and such brilliant fun! Thank you. :-) Oh yes, and I got some cake and bubbly for my birthday - fantastic surprise!

We had so much fun today with Sian on a Giant SUP session with 4 adults and 2 kids, such a laugh! Aside from Sian's teaching skills (kindness and accommodating nature!) and awesome personality (superb with the kids), the kit she supplies for the session is top notch. If you want to paddle board in North Wales you have to get in touch with Psyched Paddleboarding :)

We absolutely LOVED this whole experience!!! Beautiful scenery, being on the water in beautiful like minded company - a wonderful way to enjoy a Tuesday morning. Sian, consider us addicted! Very calming and helpful when I fell into the water trying to stand up (3 times in a row), thank you very much for this wonderful opportunity. We will definitely be seeing you again, hopefully on the Straits :)

My husband and two daughters had an amazing time. Sian was really patient and enthusiastic helping two complete novices and one slightly more competent one have a great time going round the lake. Glorious setting too. Would highly recommend. (PS Lucy has stopped hugging trees now!)

Loved my SUP debut with Sian. Really relaxed and managed to support a group of 5 on the water giving coaching and tips at different levels as we sought to find our SUP legs for the first time. The kit was great and Psyched are clearly incredibly passionate about a fantastically versatile activity. Would highly recommend joining Sian and the team on the water and will definitely book in again when we're on the island :-)

I’m not the best when cold and wet and was a little worried, however sian completely made me feel at ease and I loved it.. thank you so much for a wonderful morning * yes I did get wet and it wasn’t too bad x. X

I spent last Friday doing the one day SUP Safety Awareness course with Sian and three other enthusiasts. We had a fab day - very educational but also a really good giggle. I can’t recommend Sian’s courses highly enough. I’m already looking out for when I might do my next....👍😎

I have had the best morning today with Colin who took me out 1:1 at Llyn padarn! He spent time explaining and ensuring I felt confident on the board and made sure I got the best out of my time on the water! I loved every minute and can't wait to go back, highly recommended company! Thank you again �� xx

Had an amazing time on the intro to SUP today. Sian is a great teacher and made everything seem so easy and relaxed. We were all soon on our feet floating across the water. SUPing, macaroons, elderflower cordial, good company and a lot of laughs. What more could you ask for?! Thanks Sian! See you again soon for another SUP adventure!
