Public Services Ombudsman For Wales / Ombwdsmon Gwasanaethau Cyhoeddus Cymru

We have legal powers to look into complaints about public services and independent care providers in Wales. We also investigate complaints that local government councillors have breached their authority's code of conduct. We have a team of people who consider and investigate complaints as well as work to support good practice by the bodies in our jurisdiction. We are independent of all government bodies and our service is impartial and free of charge. ****Mae gennym bwerau cyfreithiol i ymchwilio i gwynion am wasanaethau cyhoeddus a darparwyr gofal annibynnol yng Nghymru.
