Great experience taking two kid's bikes in for overhaul. The guys were really helpful, friendly and quick. I now have two very happy kids!!

Be sure not to sell these idiots anything. They'll try it on with ebay, lose and them drop a few bad reviews online about you. Biggest chancer's I've ever encountered.joke joke joke

I took my bike (just a basic hybrid) to a big shop (won't mention names) for a minor repair but when I called them they told me to come back a few days later when they had promised to get it done in one day. They had also lost a bolt on my bike and were planning to charge me for the whole service. Took it to PB and one of the guys fixed it in 5 mins. Superb service by them.
