The QEH students have requested that we start up our own fundraising page to raise money for the NHS Charities Together trust, to show our support for the incredible men and women on the front line during these difficult times. If you haven't already donated please join Team QEH and help us get to our target of £500. And for those brave enough to take part in the Shave-Donate-Nominate Challenge - happy shaving!!

The U16 VIIs team played some great rugby at the Gloucestershire 7s this afternoon. 4 very close games but not enough wins sadly to make it through to playoffs.

Finally some senior 7s was played after several U18 and U16 tournaments were cancelled due to bad weather. The U18s headed to Wycliffe and reached the semi final, beating Prior Park and Kings Worcester in the group. They lost to the hosts 15-28 in the semi

The 6 Nations Challenge is an annual competition run at QEH in which you have a go at correctly predicting the winners of all 15 matches of the 6 Nations Championship.
The person who gets the most right wins!
In the event of a tie whoever gets closest to the total number of points that England score will win.
... This year we have a FANTASTIC prize to give to the winners: a framed signed England rugby shirt (certified and signed by Eddie jones) from the 2019 world cup season (pics attached)
To enter the competition you need to complete the google form (link below) and pay just £2 for each entry (you may enter as many times as you like).
Entry fees should be put into Mr Gent's pigeon hole in a named envelope. Any student past or present and family relative is welcome to enter - just make it clear whose entry is whose on the google form.
The deadline to enter is Friday 31st January at 4pm. You can complete the form and pay later, but payments must be made by the deadline or your entry will be removed.‚Äč GOOD LUCK

The Senior Rugby Dinner brought together parents, coaches and players to celebrate what has been a hugely successful and enjoyable season. We were treated to a delicious 3 course dinner (courtesy of the fantastic work of Ranjit and the Holroyd team) followed by some entertaining speeches from the 3rd, 2nd and 1st XV captains and coaches, and finally the awards.
I would like to thank all the parents for their continued support on the touchline and for coming to the dinner to ...share in the celebrations, and all the players who pulled on a QEH shirt last season - your effort and enthusiasm are what makes coaching at QEH an absolute pleasure not a chore (and you're not too bad company either!) ūüėČ
The award winners are: 3rd XV Man of Steel award: Nick O'Leary 3rd XV Player of the Season: Ollie Pitt 2nd XV Most Improved: Zach Jennings 2nd XV Players Player: Ben Smith 2nd XV Player of the Season: Rob Duffin 1st XV Most Improved: Mo Hawary 1st XV Players Player: George Hutton 1st XV Player of the Season: Freddie Vaughan QEH Rugby Major Colours Cap: Joe Brock, Adam Hirst and Freddie Vaughan
