In our last Qi Gong session we will be practicing the exercises for all our major organs including the Triple Warmer. We will be visualizing the associated colours for each organ and also using the healing sound technique to promote total health and well being. Thank you very much for all your support πŸ™πŸ» S x

The movements in this week's Qi Gong Session will be focused on the Triple Warmer. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine the Triple Warmer refers to three Energy Centers in the body: the Head, the Heart and the Lower Abdomen. Our practice will include the Triple Warmer Healing Sound of Heeee. By using this sound we will create internal harmony and clear stress. It will also balance the temperatures of the three levels by bringing hot energy down to the Lower Centre and bringing cold energy to the Upper Centre.

We will be concentrating on the spleen and Stomach in this week's Energy Flow session. In Traditional Chinese Medicine the spleen is a very important organ. It helps to digest our food, emotions and toxins. When our spleen is out of balance we worry a lot and mistrust ourselves and others. Our practice will help to strengthen our spleen, so the Qi can circulate more freely.

The main focus in this week's Qi Gong exercises is the heart. In Traditional Chinese Medicine the heart is considered to be the king of all organs.The gentle movements and visualization of this week's practice will help to energise and strengthen the heart in order to keep the blood, oxygen and Qi flowing properly. In this week's Energy Flow session we are focusing on the lungs. On a physical level these exercises will promote healthy lungs and help to open the Lung Meridian pathways. On an emotional level the healing sounds to will help to get rid of any grief, sadness and sorrow we might be feeling. See you there! πŸ™πŸ» Sx

This week's Qi Gong exercises will be focused on our kidneys. In Chinese medicine the kidneys are considered the root of vitality, the energetic battery of the body and the seat of our will and ambition. Strengthening the kidneys can strengthen the focus and discipline needed to achieve an aspiration. The emotion related to the kidneys is fear but through Qi Gong fear is transformed into tranquility. We will be practicing the Qi Gong routine for 'Grounding' this week to make our bodies feel strong and stable. Grounding is a key principle in Qi Gong which cultivates the energy of Centering and Balance. It is also very beneficial for stress, worry, overthinking and anxiety. Being grounded means you are fully present in your body and feel connected to the earth. Grounding will clear your mind, recharge your energy, strengthen your instincts and calm your emotions.

The main focus this week will be a Sitting Qi Gong practice which will get our bodies into the "Flow State". A state of being where your body is relaxed and energised at the same time. We will also practice an Energy Meditation called 'The Inner Smile' which has many benefits: - Disolves blockages of Qi - Transforms negative emotions into positive emotions - Helps to reduce stress... - Enhances relaxation and mental calm - promotes self healing - develops greater sensitivity and heightened awareness in our bodies
