During the Lockdown, itŌĆÖs normal to experience stress and anxiety. Maybe youŌĆÖre separated from extended family or worried about the situation in general, but we want to share with you some great tips to help you feel calm, relaxed and more in control.
Staying safe means more than staying inside, it means looking after all of yourself.

An Update from Quality Unearthed
Hi all,
Another update for you.
... On Sunday, we posted a statement informing you that we were blocking off short term bookings for the immediate two weeks until April 6th but that we would be reviewing that. On Monday, at 6:45pm, we made the decision to block off all dates in our calendars until May 21st, 2020.
A few hours later, our Prime Minister then introduced a 3-week lockdown of the UK, adding to the ongoing lockdown our French-based properties were already experiencing.
Whilst we had already made the decision to block off further dates than this initial 3 weeks of lockdown, we felt a social media update at the time would have been lost amongst the comments and commentary. The block remains regardless, and we will not be relaxing it but now that both the UK and France are in the same lockdown position, and as we all settle into a new way of life, we felt we should inform you all publicly.
Needless to say, our thoughts are with you all at this time. And to reiterate our original post, we are taking what we feel are pro-active steps to shield our customers, owners and local communities where we let properties from immediate inbound tourism. ItŌĆÖs not a desired business decision, but itŌĆÖs an easy decision to make for the good of the region and the people we care about. That includes those of you reading this.
You may also note that yesterday we took the decision to suspend our phone lines, albeit temporarily for a few days, until further notice. This is so we can focus on those people who have still not yet managed to move their bookings back and who still have holidays due to commence within the lockdown periods.
We are contacting every single one of these customers and actively encouraging them not to travel and moving their dates.
We want to thank all of you who have moved bookings so far. The respect and warmth at which the majority of our customers have shown us as we work to get you rebooked, has truly reaffirmed to us that we have the best customers in this industry - and most likely the best customers in the world. And despite the often dire feeling of this pandemic, itŌĆÖs been a genuinely positive experience in dealing with each of you so far.
Currently, you can still book a break with us for later in the year and into 2021, but we will be as ever, monitoring the situation and will make extensions to the blocked dates as is necessary to maintain the safety of everyone that we, as a business touch.

An Update on our Phones
Dear all,
We are currently inundated with calls, as you might imagine. Whilst we want to get to your calls as quickly as possible, we have to prioritise moving those guests who are due to stay within the next 3 weeks, therefore we have taken the decision to temporarily suspend incoming calls to our lines.
... Don't worry, we are all still working, and our team is still manning emails and contact us forms, whilst others proactively move guests due to travel during the Government lockdown.
Once again, we stress that this is only temporary, and we anticipate our phone lines being back up again from 26/03/2020 at 2:45pm*. (*To be reviewed and updated)
