PYDEW... Gwyn Pydew is a complex wine with layers of white peach, a touch of honey with a long citrus finish. It’s perfectly matched with soft cheese.
RONDO A medium bodied red wine with blackberry aromas and hints of vanilla from the light use of oak. Perfect on a summer evening with local salt marsh Welsh lamb cutlets, chargrilled on the barbeque or with a steaming bowl of ‘cawl’ on a cold winter night!
SOLARIS A delicate, refreshing crisp dry white wine with herbaceous aromas. We like its balanced acidity which is perfect with the renowned oysters, mussels and lobsters found around our North Wales coast.
