I have my level 2 food hygiene certificate, am insured and have a level 5 food hygiene rating.

I am a self taught cake decorator, I started by decorating my children's cakes as many bakers do. I love to make bespoke cakes for all sorts of special occasions from birthdays, christenings to weddings.
