Terrible. Ordered a bespoke cat run on 19 August. Was told estimated 4 weeks for delivery. Was promised an email confirmation of order, the next day. No email arrived. Chased with Two further emails to finally get an email two weeks later confirming the order and curtly saying they had told me itd be four weeks to deliver.

No further communication received, so I chased after 4 weeks passed. No reply to that email.

So I chased again at 9 weeks. Managed to speak with someone on Wednesday who said they’d speak with the factory. No one bothered to get back to me. It’s now Monday. Tried to call. Left a voicemail and emailed. No reply, so I gave up and cancelled the order by email.

Back to the drawing board after this shambles of a company wasted 10 weeks of my time. No idea if their products are any good, given the terrible customer service. Only gave one star as I can’t give zero.

If it were possible to give no stars I would do so.
Poor communication with customers, you can never speak to someone, and sometimes you can't even leave a message as the answer machine is too full!
I paid nearly 10,000 pounds to this company for a 4 kennel unit with indoor and outdoor runs with doors and shutters... I have been left with a kennel block that leaks so badly I am unable to say it is fit for habitation! None of the doors latch correctly and have to be tied with string, I have had to put supporting joists in the ceiling on the outside run as the roof was so poorly supported it started to sag between the beams!!
I have attempted numerous times to try to talk to Mark to get him to come and see the state of the 'kennels' he has left me with, but he either never rings me back or doesn't show up with no contact to tell me he isn't coming.
I have been left facing a further 4,000 bill to try and make these kennels habitable but I fear that this may not even be possible ...
If you value quality please don't touch this company...

Can be hard to get hold of by phone but they did make me a kennel unit for my study in the house and it is good quality, reasonably priced well fitted and the fitter was very helpful so thank you Mark

Poor customer services with lack of communication from this company. Still awaiting the courtesy of a phone call to advise on repair of a blower sent to them .

Contact received at long last but until I receive my goods back it still remains a poor service!
