I use these guys for MOT's and know Rich very well. Honest garage who pus the customer first. Not many of these left in Swansea.

Genuine garage with genuine lads. Have used them for a good few years now. Will happily continue to use them for my VW. Any issues I had, they resolved them. I've also recommended friends and families who have been 'conned' by other garages and they've not gone anywhere else since. Always very busy, filled with lots of cars being worked on... must be a testament to the work they do!

Excellent team of mechanics and knowledgable staff. Parking is tight but can't fault customer focused service and are a 'real' lot, not a flashy salesman and fantasy mechanics you never see. I would recommend for VW, or other makes as did a Fiat and Volvo for me and will recommend them whenever I can. Thank you for great jobs/ advice.

I have always used R-Tec right from the time they were in a small garage behind a car sales place where they were a 2 man team with only 2 cars in the garage and about 10 outside. Working in sometimes freezing and soaking wet conditions but never moving, just cracking on with the job.
They move quickly to accommodate your request, sometimes the same day repair. The mechanics communicate extremely well with the customers explaining in the average Joe terms (not mechanical jargon) what is happening and what needs to happen. Amazing value for money.
Really pleased they have grown their business and moved to a lovely spot at the bottom of Garden Village. Lovely facilities, always friendly and always advising on time scales of future repairs. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
